Miso Dressing

Making your own dressings is so easy, and this has been a great reminder that I should do this more often. When you make them at home you know exactly what ingredients are going into them and it’s also very affordable.

This miso dressing is great on salads and fresh veggies, I’ve also tried it over cooked veggies which was wonderful. I’ve even used it as a marinade or to brighten up a stir-fry. It will keep a long time in the fridge and a little goes a long way.
